Our mind and bodies are one and therefore it is important to connect with and delve into the intelligence of the body aswell as the mind.

Welcome

Life is a journey full of challenges that test our resilience and strength. In my life so far I've experienced anxiety, trauma, insomnia, chronic pain and bereavement. I'm happy to say that I've found the resources and people to help me to not just get by, but to overcome my challenges and thrive. In fact, just last year I even managed to overcome chronic pain after over 25 years of pain.

Sometimes we need to connect with another person in order to allow us the time and space to find the keys to unlock our inner resources in order to heal ourselves.
