Mindfulness retreat days
The mindfulness meditation retreat day is highly beneficial, and I strongly suggest that you book onto this course in combination with the 8 week mindfulness course if you can. The feedback I get from those whom attend is that they find it extremely beneficial and feel it really brings together all of the learnings on the course. Some say that it's the best part of the course.
Details of retreat daysDuring this silent retreat day, you will be led through various mindfulness meditations that you have already experienced during the 8 week mindfulness course. There will be a variety of different meditations e.g. the sitting meditation, the body scan, the mountain meditation, loving-kindness meditation, including some mindful movement. You will also have the opportunity for some time to be mindful in your own way.
There will also be time at the end for discussion and sharing of your experience. Light refreshments (tea, coffee, fruit) will be provided. Who are these retreat days suitable for?
Please note that these retreat days are for those who have previously taken part in my 8 week mindfulness course. If you have completed an 8 week mindfulness course elsewhere, please contact me before you book, so that I can ensure that this retreat day is suitable for you
