How I can help your organisation's well-being:
I understand that the health of your staff are of upmost importance. Many people suffer from stress at work at some point in their life and life itself can be full of ups and downs. Many people will suffer from stress, anxiety, insomnia and depression, which can effect both home and work.
It is therefore important that all of us have the resources and internal resilience and to have techniques and to help us to deal with any issues that come up in life. This can enable us both help ourselves and support other people through difficulties.
For this reason, many organisations have requested my assistance in developing programs to empower their staff with the techniques they need to handle many of life's challenges.
Bringing together my expertise from health psychology, CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, hypnotherapy and mindfulness meditation, I can develop a program or training to support your health and well-being programme.
I have no standard training course, as I understand each organisation has different needs. Training can be run over a number of weeks, a few hours, or a half day or a whole day, according to need.
I'm also more than happy to talk to your charity or organisation, and I have been called upon to give talks to charities, the NHS and a radio programme.

I explain mindfulness meditation in a very down-to-earth, simple and relaxed way, giving you the tools to be able to go away and practice. I offer plenty of time for discussion and questions, and give access to MP3's and handouts to help people to continue practice at home.
All sessions are non religious, as mindfulness meditation is secular.
